    When I was in college, Papa John's was a staple food joint for me.  Now that I'm a little older, I don't go as much.  But!   They had a cool promotion for a little while last month "twinswin".  It was a promo code that gave you 50% off your entire order.

    Now, I know what you're thinking, the Twins rarely win lol!  This is true.  But it does happen often enough that you could get a kick ass deal on breadsticks or whatnot every couple weeks.  

    So it brings me to my complaint.  OK we all know this isn't gourmet pizza.  No point in complaining about tasteless cardboard.  What I have a problem with is the "sauces".  If you want extra, .50 each?  Come on!  What is this, Carbones?  And thats not even the worst of my complaint.   Since when did the word sauce become defined by garlic flavored water?  Don't call it sauce if a person could drink it like its a shot.  And is that garlic "sauce" even supposed to be like that, because when I lived up in Brainerd the PJ's up there would give me garlic sauce that was rich and creamy and was actually sauce.  This location gives me little garlic water shots.   Storage issue or something?  Its kinda gross, actually.  

    The promo is still going, the input box is now on the menu page, it used to be on the checkout page.  But anywayy...

    Better ingredients. Better Pizza.  Elsewhere!  lol

    Next time I'll just go to the grocery store and get a frozen one better quality. Better price.

    I have ordered from this location A handful of times and have generally been pleased with the service when I've done delivery. Tonight I was in the neighborhood and decided that I would just carry out my pizza. I attempted to order it via the app which malfunctioned and quoted me a different price than what was originally advertised. Proceeded to ask questions when I arrived at the store and was greeted with what I would call horrible customer service. There were no less than six people behind the counter not one of them was helpful. I finally got so frustrated I left without even ordering to which I got a snotty have a nice day ma'am. I will not be ordering from this location again and I now understand why it has such a low star rating. Horrible customer service, snotty employees and bait and switch are not The way to do good business.
